Exchange policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from IMAGEMAKERS Corporate Wear. If for any reason you need to exchange an item:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us for a form, which will be sent to you. Include this form with the return items please.
  • Returned items must reach us within 30 days of the order despatch date.
  • To be eligible for exchange, clothing items must remain unworn, unwashed and unaltered.

Size exchanges

  • Items for exchange will be for the customer’s cost.
  • Items returned for size exchanges will follow our standard production timelines.
  • Additional charges resulting from style exchanges must be settled before the exchanged items are despatched.

Please note

  • We will not be liable for damage caused by mishandling and/or failure to follow our care instructions.
  • Slight shade differences may occur between different dye-lots in fabric deliveries, also between different fabric qualities of the same colour, which are commercially acceptable as per International Standards.
