Introduction
We are seeking an adaptable Junior Information Technology Intern for a 12-month internship. This role involves supporting our IT team with day-to-day technical tasks, assisting in system maintenance and troubleshooting, and contributing to ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth and efficient IT operations.
Key responsibilities
- Set up new devices.
- Troubleshoot printers, scanners, labelers, docks, monitors etc.
- Basic network fixes: Wi-Fi drops, cable tests, IP/DNS issues, VPN not connecting.
- Swap parts, manage spares, and track assets/serials etc.
- Handle tickets and provide support to tech team.
Skills & qualifications
- Basic networking and Microsoft 365 know-how.
- Great attitude, patience, and clear communication.
- Driver’s license.
